When will I receive my products?

All our articles are dispatched from our production facility in Asia during the 8-15 days following the order. The estimated delivery varies depending on the sort of shipping.
Our fast delivery is for all countries 4-5 weeks.
Our slow but cheap delivery will usually be around 10-11 weeks.
For Europe we have every 2 months a big SCARFF® shipment arriving in Antwerp or Rotterdam port, from where we will dispatch to their final destination(s)

How much are the shipping & handling rates?

Shipping rates depend on the shipment method, the total volume/weight of the order and the location of where the goods need to be delivered.

In general shipping cost will vary between € 0,1 and €0,75 pp

We use different service providers depending on the country we are shipping to.

Can I track my orders?

We will provide you with a tracking link for all air transport if available. You will be able to track the shipment status on real time. The tracking system varies depending on the country and specific courier.

What can I do if my package doesn’t arrive on time?

We try our best to deliver always on the estimated times. If for any reason, there was a problem with your shipment please get in touch with us.
